During peak periods or special launches, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times vary by destination and local courier speed. Typical delivery windows are:

• Europe: 5–7 business days

• United States : 5-7 business days

• Other Destinations: 10–15 business days

Free Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders over €75 (after discounts, before taxes).

Orders below this threshold will have a shipping fee of €3.99 per item.

• Wait 24–48 hours as some carriers scan early

ALAEEA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
