Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund

  • After 24 hours, if production has started, cancellation may not be possible

  • If cancellation is requested after production or shipment, a 50% fee may apply

As all ALAEEA products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for subjective reasons, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Style, color, or design preference

  • Minor color differences due to screen or lighting


Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may qualify for a free replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective (non-human damage)

  • You receive the wrong item or size due to our error

  • Your order fails to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe due to reasons within our control

  • No additional fees will be charged

  • You may choose a replacement or a refund


Size Exchange Policy

If the size isn’t right:

  • No return required

  • Keep your original item

  • Request a new size within 7 days of delivery
