We accept returns or refunds within 7 days of delivery only for:

Damaged or defective items (non-human damage)

Incorrect item or size sent by us
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All ALAEEA products are made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for subjective reasons, including:

Change of mind

Personal preference (style, color, design)

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

Within 24 hours → Full cancellation available

After production starts or item ships → 50% fee applies
(This covers materials, production, and handling costs.)
Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped.
